Declaration of Nature

Read these verse from Psalms and explain how the heavens declare these things.

Psa 19:1 "<To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.> The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork."

Psa 50:6 "And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah."

Psa 97:6 "The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory."

If the heavens can declare these things by their organization, natural laws and order/movement, how do we declare the same things here on earth?

Psa 96:3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
