Hello. I am using my own computer, but internet from a school. The school has an over-protective (or so it seems) internet security system, but this is the first day I can recall having these problems. It seems that the main problem is when I go to log in, and then sometimes when I am logged in, browsing, or trying to get to parts of the site that I can get to sometimes, and sometimes can't. It seems some keywords are blocked, but it also mentions "anonymous, proxy" as a reason for blocking.

It is doing this with swagbucks, too, which is where I go to fill out surveys and do internet searches to earn points for gift cards. I'm wondering if (through swagbucks or some other way) I have gotten some spyware in my computer or something malicious that's trying to replace the server or whatever (and it's a good thing, in that case, that the school's defense system is blocking it, but it means I will soon have to get it fixed/removed), or if it's some other problem.

Does anyone with experience in this have an idea of what it might be, or what I should do? It happened again when I tried to submit this, so I'm trying again with an attachment. Didn't work. Ok, I'll try to log off and see if I can send it now.

It seems this type of content blocking (false positive in this case perhaps) is a bit of a moving target (from an IT Admin perspective as well).  It could be that some of the metadata on certain pages of CA is tripping the block messages.  The fact that spyware is a keyword being flagged might indeed mean that your machine has been infected.  I'd recommend going to the following sites and running their programs:

MalwareBytes you can use the free version as you simply want scanning at this point - https://www.malwarebytes.org/

TrendMicro Housecall - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

These are pretty good tools to see if your machine is infected.

Once those scans are complete (and infected files are deleted), I'd clear your browser cache and try CA again and see if you continue to get blocked.
