I started Cahn's book.  Don't remember what distracted me, so I didn't finish it.

What is your extent of knowledge about Jonathan Cahn? I've found his discourses about the Shmita to be highly intriguing. If what his conclusions reveal are even somewhat reliable, America is in for some difficult times in the immediate future. The book "The Harbinger" is his most well known work.I haven't studied his works well enough to know all of what I can or cannot agree with but until I see that which I could possibly disagree with, I'm satisfied God has given him much information to enable the serious disciple of Christ a better platform of faith to rest on.

I know you addressed you comments to Rachel; but I wanted to chime in.  I'm a huge fan of Jonathan Cahn.  He is a Messianic Jewish rabbi with many good things to say.  The timing of his predictions didn't turn out to be "right on the mark"; but I believe to predictions are very reasonable and well-studied.  The tightrope on which the US (indeed, the world) is walking seems to be getting narrower and narrower.

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.....Matthew 7

I.m grateful we have a faithful Savior.

32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world....John 16

For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong....2 Corinthians 12

As one man said,

"When I look at myself, I don't know how I can be saved. When I look at Jesus, I don't know how I can be lost.

God is Love!~Jesus saves!  Hope your Sabbath is a :happysabbath:
