Miriam Rothman almost forgot her purse so she went back up to her bedroom to get it when she noticed her husband Moishe standing on the bathroom scale, sucking in his stomach.

"I don't think that's going to help," said Miriam.

"Sure it does," Moishe replied. "It's the only way I can see the numbers."
