SMAN Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I had tried to find a suitable exercise video for people my age, but found they haven't yet made one called "Buns of Putty." Failing that I begged my doctor's permission to join a fitness club and start exercising. After much consideration I signed up to take an aerobics class for seniors. I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. Unfortunatly, by the time I got my leotards on, the class was over!! Quote
