Members phkrause Posted March 12, 2016 Members Posted March 12, 2016 Oh, OK, thank you! When I watch his "Carter Report" show, it seems that its from the Glendale church, but obviously I'm in error! carole1012 Posted March 12, 2016 Author Posted March 12, 2016 I heard somewhere, that they had started meeting in another church in Pasadena. Are you related to the Krause's in Glendale? Quote

carole1012 Posted March 12, 2016 Author Posted March 12, 2016 Thanks, Stan. Every time I have called his church for a concert in the last few years, it has been in the Pasadena area. Did you hear that they are going to a new church in Pasadena? Thanks for letting me know. Quote

He was a wonderful man and a great conference president. I worked with him on several committees over a period of several years. He always trusted God, and prayed earnestly both in the committee meetings and in his private devotions. That conference has had some big financial crises, but Larry always trusted that "this is God's work; He will see it through." And God always did -- not always in the way we'd hoped, but always in a good result for the conference. I couldn't believe how wasted he became at the end; the photos shown of him proved that the cancer had consumed his body. It had been only eight months since I last saw him; I was shocked. But even so, he smiled for all the photos. Quote Jeannie

...Change is inevitable; growth is optional....
