Itzik testified to the judge that a uniformed Policeman had given his personal allowance for him to park there. “Would you recognize the Officer if he ever saw him again?” the judge asked Itzik. “Betach – of course!” Itzik replied. "Good,” replied the judge. “When you see the Officer again, tell him he owes you 400 shekels. Next..."
