Raphael Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Christ tried to explain to His disciples how heaven is, by saying people (naturally in general) in heaven are like children.. That's true for the general populace of heaven (the angels) but doesn't apply to Christ. There's super huge difference between that 2.. The first experience loss of a third of its numbers to the most horrendous failure.. While none of that can be aoplied to Christ, ofcourse.. Further, logically, there's a difference between those 2 that directly affected the outcomes of failure and success.. The general populace of heaven (Angels) are indeed mindless thoughless like happy-jumping children, while Christ is the opposite of very deep in though upon all things.. So what Christ describe in a sense isn't wrong but tis best to combine the 2 worlds.. Quote Test me with thy might but grant me safe passage. Now, who said that?
Raphael Posted April 11, 2016 Author Posted April 11, 2016 Is it a universal pattern among all father-children roles, where fathers are supposedly to be profoundly wise and thoughtful, whilst kiddos are meant to be mindlessly happy frolickers? And then amongst those kiddos.. The eldest usually.. Gets to be favored by the father and then wields greatest effect and learning from the father? Lucifer was also favored due to his office and duty proximity to God the Father.. (therefore he's unlike the general populace of heaven) But sadly instead found unhealthy rivalry with Christ, God's Son, that made him become the prince of darkness. Quote Test me with thy might but grant me safe passage. Now, who said that?
Robert Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord.9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. Quote
