MORE God Has Already Set Us Free "I love America and I love everything we stand for . . . But the fact of the matter is that this place I call the ‘Land of the Free and Home of the Brave’ one day will rise up and it will take away all those things I cherish — my freedom, my inalienable rights — all those things I think belong to me. But there are certain things that I already own that Jesus has already given to me. There is a love that God has that I don’t have to beg for it, I don’t have to negotiate for it, ask for it and barter for it; it already belongs to me and all I have to do is claim it and possess it in the name of Jesus. . . . I spend no ounce of my time trying to persuade people not to create certain laws — prophecy tells us those laws will be created one day. Therefore, my job, and your job, is simply to remind the whole world that they think they have control over our freedom, but the fact of the matter is that we are already free. . . . God has already set us free.”—Orlan Johnson, PARL director for the North American Division, April 6, 2016, NAD staff worship Love Matters Most Day Brings Members Together to Help CommunityEmployees from Porter and Littleton Adventist Hospitals (Colo.) joined forces with 200 students from Mile High Academy (MHA) and members from the Denver South, LifeSource and Littleton Adventist churches for the first Denver-area Love Matters Most day of service on Sept. 2, 2015.
