The above is a crisis help line for people in crisis. It is different in that it is not a telephone talk line. Rather you use your smart phone to send a text to 741741 Trained counselors will then attempt to engage you in a conversation. I am posting this as a resource in the event that you know someone who might need its services. Interesting facts from that organization: 1) Abuse texts spike on Tuesdays. 2) Eating Disorder issues spike on Sunday and Monday. 3) Suicide texts spike on the weekend with a major focus on Sunday. The above information came from an article, "Saving Lives Text by Text," written by Alex Morris and published in the July, 2015 issue of GLAMOUR, pages 88 & 89. NOTE: For those who are interested, yes, I do read the so-called women's magazines. I read this today whole waiting for an appointment. Quote Gregory

Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted April 15, 2016 Author Moderators Posted April 15, 2016 As I understand it, one can access over the Internet at the URL that I listed above. If I am wrong,, let us know. In any case, the above is simply an additional resource among many others. Quote Gregory
