My wife, myself, my oldest son and his mother have just returned from spending several days on the California coast of Ft. Bragg. A good time was had by all.  But, we did feel a bit out of it.  I had zero cell phone coverage.

Friday, as we were walking around in Ft. Bragg, we found a group of people who dearly wanted to take our picture.  The photo attached below is one that they took with me.

For those of you who have never seen a photo of my wife:

NOTE:  As of this month, we have been married for 31 years!

Look closely at the photo of Bernie Sanders in the first photo:  It is only a cardboard cutout that has been dressed in a shirt, tie and  jacket!

How many of you noticed?

The picture in the OP was taken by my son, Gregory #4.

That attached photo below was the one taken by the BS supporters.  Look closely at it.  See that there is no hand coming out of the right arm of the coat.  In both photos, I am holding a cutout of BS that has been dressed in a shirt, tie and coat with a photo of Sanders' face glued to the head of the cutout.

I thought that it was photoshopped, but the cardboard cutout works, too. Wonder if Hillary and Donald were nearby. A group photo with them would be impressive.

Your wife looks familiar, but it's unlikely that we've ever met. We, too, go to the Pacific coast from time to time. Sometimes it is really cold and windy, which is a great relief from 100 degree weather inland.
