Pastoral Duties

With a nod to the July/August issue of READERS DIGEST:

A priest, a pastor and a rabbi were discussing who performed the best at their job.  So, they each went into the woods to see if they could find a bear.  Upon their return they each reported.

The priest reported that he had read to the bear from the catechism and that bear would attend services the following Sunday.

The pastor also reported that the bear, upon hearing the pastor read to him, had promised to attend church the next Sunday also.

The  Rabbi responded form the stretcher where he was lying in a body cast:  I probably should not have begun my visit with the bear with a circumcision.
