Matt.13:1

This is the same Parable,
some fell by the way side ,--- some seeds fell by the way side
some fell on stony ground -- some fell upon stony places
some fell among thorns ----- some fell among thorns
other fell on good ground --- But other fell into good ground

in Mark; he refers to it as -- "the Kingdom of God"
And he said unto them,
Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God:
and then says to his disciples privately

Know ye not this parable?
and how then will ye know all parables?

let me put that in the words of this Ole Babblin fool

he gives another Parable of another sower of seeds, not recorded for us in Mark

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying,

and giving 3 more; no; 4 more, the last being this one

Therefore
(Those that understand these Parables is / are these)
every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven
is like unto a man that is an householder,
which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

two horns like a lamb = these Folks, Paul speaks of

2Tim.3:5
Having a form of godliness,

SoS 2:2
As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.

A wise man will hear, and will increase learning;

the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.

and Solomon - the Wise Man says, of those words of the Wise in Ecc.

Ecc.12:9
And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge;
yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.

The preacher sought to find out acceptable words:
and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.

The words of the wise are as goads,
and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies,
(the masters of assemblies - that's a Master Carpenter / Builder)
which are given from one shepherd.
