Sometimes, families will be required to obtain housing in the normal civilian market of that country. A Chaplain newly assigned, with his family to an English speaking country had made arrangements to view a rental home. After knocking on the door, a woman opened it. He greeted her with his first name and said: Hello, I'm Randy. She looked back at him as if she were about to assault him.
