List A:  From top (largest) to bottom, the population of the country:

List B:  From top (largest) to bottom, the number of people who have Internet access:

List C:  From top (largest) to bottom, the percent of the population that has access to the Internet:

List D:  From top (largest) to bottom, the per-cent change in Internet access from the previous year:

NOTES:

1) The figures that I have are 2016 figures.

2)  This information came from an article "Defending Cyberspace," by Beth L. Johnson and published in the August 2016 issue of MILITARY OFFICER.

3) personally, I think that the above figures are of interest as they show how the United States compares with other countries.

The U.S. came in at only 1.1 %

Yes, 88.5 % of the U.S. population has access to the Internet, which places the U.S. the 3rd., below the U.K. and Japan, both of which exceed 90 %
