Her parents taught her Russian (of course) and English as her primary languages. When they saw how easily she incorporated new languages, they kept adding new ones for her to learn. In the first 3 years of a child's life they can learn languages easily. As they grow older their ability to learn languages become fixed. While an ability to learn a new language may be retained on some level, it will be much less than it was in those first three years. Quote Gregory
