Moishe and Miriam had opposite schedules. He worked during the day as a teacher and she was working the night shift as a nurse. One morning Miriam noticed that Moishe had left a note to himself on the kitchen counter that read, "STAMPS!" As a helpful surprise, Miriam bought him some at the post office and put them on the counter before going to work.

The next morning Miriam found the same note. "STAMPS!" was crossed out. Underneath it Moishe had written,

"ONE MILLION DOLLARS!"
