Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted December 29, 2016 Moderators Posted December 29, 2016 The REACH School of Evangelism has named a female to become its new Director. This School of Evangelism is sponsored by the Columbia Union Conference and Washington Adventist University (WAU). It is a one-year course that provides academic credit through WAU. One of the ways in which this school is unique is that it is not designed for theology students. Rather it is designed for people who intend to work in any profession. The Director does not have a pastoral background. It is also unique in that the Director is the only female that heads up a SDA School of Evangelism. In addition, it is unique in that it concentrates on urban evangelism. See: http://spectrummagazine.org/article/2016/12/19/reach-evangelism-school-teaches-ministry-any-context Quote Gregory
Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted December 29, 2016 Members Posted December 29, 2016 Tiffany Brown isn't the first woman to direct the program. She's taking the place of Tara VinCross. Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
