1) What was the temperature of the warmest  inaguration in U.S. history?

2) What was the temperature of the coldest inaguration in U.S. history?

3)  Who was the President inaugurated on those days?

Answers:

1)  The warmest was 55 degrees.

2) The coldest was 7 degrees.

3)  In 1981 it was 55 degrees and in 1985 it was 7 degrees.  President Regan was inaugurated   on both days.
