Liberals used immigrants to bash President Donald Trump. Former president Barack Obama allowed illegals in America to apply and get on welfare. President Trump doesn’t approve this. You’d all agree that welfare is a privilege. It’s bad how some believe it’s the right that belongs to everyone who comes to this country. Illegals aren’t that fortunate. They will soon learn what’s like to live in a country ruled by Donald Trump. Every illegal who tries to collect a welfare check will feel justice on their back. President Trump signed an executive order according to which any illegal who lives on welfare will be sent home. And that’s not all. America will no longer accept people who come here to live on our expense. These people will no longer be able to enter the country. “The administration would be seeking to “deny admission to any alien who is likely to become a public charge” and develop standards for “determining” whether an immigrant can be deported after five years, if that person receives a certain amount of public assistance, including Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Medicaid. Gary K Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Hi bonnie, I don't much care for Trump but at least he seems to understand that the duty of the government is to first and foremost to its own citizens. Then if anything is left over use that to take care/help others. It is no different than parents taking care of their own children and then after they have done that helping others with what is left over after supplying the needs of their own family first. This idea that we should borrow money to feed, clothe, house and support the citizens of other nations is something I do not understand. Quote

In some of the paper work,even tho they were married, extended members of the family, obviously in addition to my son, her husband had to declare that they would be responsible for her economically so she would not be a burden on american citizens. Was this hatred of immigrants,discrimination,unchristian? Don't think so. She did not consider it her right to have the US accept her. She requested and considered the approval a privilege I understand. I come from immigrants. I am the 3rd generation born here from both sides of the family. It makes me almost laugh when I'm blamed for what happened to the blacks in this country starting back in the 1600's, and told I hate immigrants because I am against illegal immigration. None of us were here until at least 50 years after the civil war, and we all came here through Ellis Island. We didn't sneak in across any border. We obeyed the law. Quote

Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich announced the latest figures from the Department of Public Social Services, which showed more than $376 million in CalWORKs benefits and food stamps combined have been distributed through July to illegal alien parents for their native-born children. Approximately $54 million in welfare payments are issued each month, consisting of nearly $20 million in CalWORKs and $34 million in food stamp issuances, according to the data. Of Course there isn't any benefit to the custodial parent or parents right? Many come here with the express purpose of their child/children being born in the US. Subsidized housing is also available provided by the american taxpayer. Are these illegal parents living elsewhere while their US born children reside in government housing? Certainly Obama got his share from the right. The tantrum throwing "tolerant loving rioting" liberals are showing just what they consist of, rioting targeting a young child, willfully endangering the lives of others because they did not get their way is tough to find any humor. It should be expected that dem politicians in their positions would speak out strongly and forcefully and distance themselves from that twisted hate filled mentality. The reverse is true. Obama was very quick to speak out on other violent behavior when he could target conservatives. Never bashful or quiet concerning the misdeeds of Trump, it seems he has lost his voice or concern.
