I am so honored to introduce you to my friend of over 30 years, Beth Petersen.

At age 84, her running is such an inspiration.

She was featured in the LA times, and now in this new article in the Pacific Union Recorder.

That is pretty amazing.  That woman looks like she might be in her 50s rathen than her mid 80s.
