POLICE corporal and elder at Ocho Rios Seventh-day Adventist Church Wayne Bartley is a man on a mission. The cop, who has been a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force for 14 years, is not only dedicated to fighting crime, but also to winning souls for Christ.
