Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted April 25, 2017 Moderators Posted April 25, 2017 http://www.saturdayeveningpost.com/2010/09/22/art-entertainment/norman-rockwell-art-entertainment/rockwell-april1.html Norman Rockwell is well known for his magazine covers. What is not as well known is that on at least three occasions he painted magazine covers, intended to be published on April Fool's Day which contained many absurdities. The above URL presents three of these covers. You can enlarge each by clicking on it. Can you discover all of the "Errors?" It should be noted that the above URL provides the known answers. But, with the passage of time more errors are known now than when he first painted them. It is not clear that all are known. Test your ability to observe detail, and let us know how many you can see in a painting without viewing the answers. NOTE: When you enlarge the painting, the answers are covered up.
