You have heard of an organization the builds churches and schools in a day.  Now we have a mobile medical clinic.  See:

It would seem to be a very good solution to medical care in the back parts of very poor countries. The only problem might be the repairs needed down the line. Having served in Africa (Malawi) and having taught students from the Congo, I would imagine repairs could be a challenge.  I understand that a dedicated craftsman could do most repairs with local materials and a few tools, but the AC unit and the electric components might be a different story.
