Fiscally responsible countries

Does anyone have a chart or list of fiscally responsible nations? I get that it won't typically be the developed ones.

Now, I am not an economist by any stretch of the imagination. But this morning I was looking over my daily economic update that is emailed to me. I saw that the EU is again going to bail out Greece (old news now but I hadn't been following that) to the tune of 8.3 billion Euros and I wondered where does the madness stop.

Perhaps 12 or 15 years ago I had received what would be to most individuals a large estate, I believe very indicative by the grace of God. Because it seemed to be the time of life to be concerned about what I was going to be able to live on for our declining year, I chose investing as the best means to make sure we would have all that would be required for what would be necessary to live out our lives comfortably. We had already prospered to the point where it seemed to be the logical thing to do. I even went so far as to tell our Father in Heaven that He was going to have to take it all away, that is all that had been invested, to convince me I should take a different route.

I didn't prosper one more day but someone failed to follow their promises made and within two weeks every thing I had invested was lost. You've probably heard the phrase "easy come, easy go", so I wasn't devastated, but I did learn a good lesson I had failed to learn the first time I had heard it.
