Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted July 13, 2017 Moderators Posted July 13, 2017 In previous posts, I have stated that one may access Federal court records by setting up a Pacer account. That may be done at: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov Pacer charges a small fee for accessing the records, which may be printed. Charges are accessed once every quarter. If the total of the charges for that quarter of the year are less than $15.00, no charge is billed, the charge is cancelled, and a new quarterly billing period is started. What this means is: If you access less than 150 pages of documents in a quarter, you will not be billed. Probably most of you will be able to stay below that amount and therefore not pay any fees for obtaining the records.
