I heard a presentation this morning about the potential spiritual significance of the eclipse.  It was ruminating about the eclipse on Monday related to the next eclipse that crosses the U.S. in 7 years (that magic spiritual number).  They presented 4 main alternatives:

1. This eclipse is a sign of the beginning of the 7 years of tribulation.  The 2024 eclipse is a sign of the end of the tribulation and the second coming of Christ. (Date setting)

2. A variant of alternative 1 is that - along with the beginning of the tribulation, the rapture of the church will happen on Monday.  I doubt it, but we'll know for sure by Monday night.

3.This eclipse will begin 7 years of peace and prosperity for the U.S; apparently brought in by Donald trump - the new Cyrus. After the Donald is out of office, the Dems will take over America again; and the tribulation will begin.  I dunno ...

4. As Stan said, the moon will come between the earth and the sun - a predictable event.  This seems to be the most likely scenario to me.

The corona of the sun is only visible during an eclipse.  Corona means crown.  It is also a popular brand of beer enjoyed with a slice of lime (so Iv'e heard...)  If A giant lime appears over the sun and extinguishes the corona, I will truly believe it is a spiritual sign.
