As usual, the topic of taxes came up and how they could be lowered. “OK,” said the Congressman, “What type of taxation do you all find the fairest?” There was a pause, and then an old white-haired man named Moishe in the back raised his hand. "The poll tax," he said. "But the poll tax was repealed," replied the Congressman. "Ach-ah," declared Moishe, "That's what I like about it."
