When ever someone condemns 'social justice', I am reminded of the Biblical injunction, treat others as you would treat yourself. Social justice, Christ came to seek and save and heal the sick. There are parts of christianity who seem to believe that to be involved in others lives and raise them up is evil. Reminds me again of Christ words, where were you when I needed clothes, was sick or in need. God save us from the self righteous who always seem  to focus on what others are doing...I believe Chris spoke about those also, some not so very kind words.

it is pathetic to become accused of being apostate for such an incident.  Fear seems rife, and the vanity of the human mind seems to have no limit.

How sad. And it's sad that to be considered a good faithful Seventh-day Adventist you need to follow the beliefs of people who received letters from Mrs. White and Willie telling them that despite massive quoting of her works that they do not understand her message and were basically using her words to try to add bite to their message.
