This is due to a vote that limited speakers to two minutes max. It is of note that high above the front of the auditorium a large clock is counting down the minus and seconds that the speaker has left to address the group. IOW the desire is that t he 2 minute limit be strictly complied with. In one such video, retired Jan Paulsen in his 2l-minutes stated that he failed to see the hand of God in the document that he addressed.
