It is informational and presents a lot of actual information. It corrects a lot of mis-information that has existed. VA clinical care is quality. The problems are: * Congress does not budget, when it sends men and women into combat, for the care that they will need when they return home. * The process to establish eligibility for care is exceedingly complex and typically takes years. If you want to be informed, seek to view the above listed program.
