Well, I am in the same boat as Chenny... I overpaid too but I think I prefer letting the government use my money throughout the year and giving me a bit of a refund than having to pay in.

As for Chenny... well he needs to fire his accountant. That $1.9 million should have been placed in some interest-bearing account. Unless he is just a die-hard patriot that likes letting the government use his money for free.
