Psalm 32:7. 

 

Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

According to the Glossary of the Complete Jewish Bible it means: pause in the music accompanying a psalm or prayer.

I did a google and got a number of others saying they had no idea except this one below.
