Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted January 8, 2018 Moderators Posted January 8, 2018 The following is a political/religious joke. If you are offended by such, do not read the following: The Pope and Trump are on the same stage in Yankee Stadium in front of a huge crowd the Pope leans Towards Trump and Said Do You Know That With One Little Wave of My Hand I Can Make Every Person in This Crowd Go Wild With Joy? This Joy Will Not Be a Momentary Display but Will Go Deep Into Their Hearts and they will Forever Speak of This Day and Rejoice! Trump Replied I Seriously Doubt That! With One Little Wave of Your Hand Show Me! So the Pope Backhanded Him and Knocked Him off the Stage! AND THE CROWD ROARED & CHEERED WILDLY and There Was Happiness Throughout the Land! Guest Guest Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 The joke in the opening post is humorous in a anti-Trump sort of way. Would it have been as funny if the joke had been told several years ago, with the butt of the joke being Barack Obama? Quote
Guest Guest, the Second Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 I don't think it's appropriate for a Christian website, regardless of who it is about. What if it read: God's son and another son of His are on the same stage in front of a huge crowd of His other sons and daughters. The first son leans toward the second son and taunts him saying, "Do you know that with one little wave of my hand, I can satisfy the lust for vengeance lurking in every person in this crowd and each child of God will go wild with schadenfreude? This evil joy will not be a momentary display but will go deep into their hearts and they will forever speak of this day and be filled with malicious glee!" The second son replied, "I seriously doubt that! With one little wave of your hand? Show me!" So, the first son backhanded him and knocked the second son off the stage!" And the crowd of God's sons and daughters roared and cheered wildly, and malicious content spread throughout the land! Quote

But I guess that just shows where our individual political ideologies trend to. It is one of those kind of jokes where you plug in who you hate to bring scorn upon them. Did I say "hate"? Yeah, I did. Nothing loving about it. In fact, all the anti-Trump hate that gets put out there far eclipses anything that Obama received even though his politics were far more injurious to the nation and just down right wicked. Ulunruh Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 The media is full of anti-Trump. The democrats howling at the moon in anger like a pack of blood thirsty wolves, and casting their propaganda on every page of their paid media. They desperately want to get Trump out of office so they can continue in their .......... agenda. As one person wrote on the web "If Trump found a cure for cancer the Democrats would accuse him of undermining the whole health system and robbing the grime reaper of his rightful job!" " . Quote
