Quora Question

Recently I posted that I had become involved in responding to questions on the Internet forum, Quora,   In this forum questions may be posted for general responses and they may be directed to specific people.  Some are quite interesting.  Today I received a question that asked me how they could receive     money totally free and for which they would not have to return it!  The following was my response:

Please contact me privately and send me a certified check, payable in U.S. funds in the amount of $999.99 along with a signed notarized document stating that this is a free gift for which you do not expect either any information or service and you give up your right to demand any return of that money and once I receive the money and signed document I will answer your question.

NOTE:  If any of you reading this post in this forum would like to participate, feel free to do so.

At first reading I thought you were very smart until I saw a problem.  I do not need to send you a check because I now have the answer.  However your answer is not correct unless I send you a Check. If there is enough interest from others (3-4)I will be happy to send Gregory a check for $999.99 and share the answer with you for $499.99 each.

NOTE:  I have gone back to Quora and cited your plans as an additional comment to my response.  I hope that you get some responses.

Additional note:  Normally this forum does not allow people to solicit funds.  However, this issue has been reviewed by the legal staff of the General Conference and it has been determined that this is not an actual solicitation of funds.

I have reviewed it with the Sr. staff of this forum and I have been told that if I will pay a tithe of any funds that I receive, it will be welcomed and  I may continue.

NOTE:  I truly hope that no one takes the "additional note" to be objective truth, but one can never be certain.
