Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted April 26, 2018 Moderators Posted April 26, 2018 I do not know what started my thinking about the following this morning, but, both are true and actually happened: 1) I received a notice from my medical insurance company telling me that they had paid the bill for the surgery performed on my 2/3 year-old son. I wrote them asking for further information, as I wondered how he had gotten to the hospital without telling his mother and I and I could not see any surgical scar on his body! NOTE: I got a rather huffy letter from the surgeon telling me that he had not performed surgery on my son. 2) My wife received a letter from a clinical provider telling her that due to her missing an obstetrical appointment, if she did it again, she would not be provided with any more obstetrical services. I responded asking for more information as to how they had determined that she was pregnant as she had never received clinical services from that provider. I also asked why they set up an appointment for her with out telling her of such, and they had never examined her. Quote Gregory
