This forum has a policy against fund raising.  We remove quickly any attempts to solicit funds that are posted here.  However, on occasion, the management of this forum will make an exception by posting a need that management believes it a valid call for help.  Today Dr. Paul Anderson, of the North American Division has sent a letter out to various people alerting them to a real nead of a SDA.  I am unable to copy that letter, although I may attempt another method.  For the moment, I supply below a source of information.
