Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted June 25, 2018 Moderators Posted June 25, 2018 There is a case from Washington State where a florist refused to make flowers for a homosexual wedding. It has often been thought to be similar to that of the Colorado bakery case. Well, the U.S. Supreme Cko9urt has acted today and it has vacated the decision of the Washington Court and ordered that it be reconsidered. No one really know what that means. It should be noted that so far, both in this florist case and in the Colorado case, the Supreme Court has not ruled on the foundational issue. It might be assumed that after the Washington court issues a new ruling, that the Supreme Court might at that time consider that case. Or, it might not. We can only and and see.
