There are several bills before the California legislature that potentially affect religious liberty rights:

AB 1870:  Extends the statute of limitations form one year to three years to conform to the time period for other types of discrimination.

AB 2946: Allows for the payment of attorney fees.

AB 3120: Also  changes the statute of limitations.

SB 1038:  To  reverse an appellate court decision as to who is a "person." 

SB 1300:  Requires employers to take preventive action to prvent discrimination and strengthens the law as to the threshold for a claim.
