I watched that video yesterday!! It was outstanding in my opinion!!

While I appreciate Mark Findley's critique of Gates' video,  he is still couching it in 150 year-old SDA theology from a preterist point of view.  I am a futurist.  He kept referring to the 1260 years; instead of the 1260 days.  I don't buy the day for year as applying to all prophecy; just the ones where it is specified.  The day for a year concept applied by SDA's IMHO only applies to the specific prophecies in Numbers and Ezekiel and the 70weeks of years in ; not in Revelation.  If it applied to Revelation, then the millennium would actually be 360,000 years long.

Of course Pastor Findley has to take the traditional SDA line - he is one of the biggest voices in Adventism. I'm not saying he's wrong - I believed this way for 35 years.  I just don'r believe that way now.
