Unity: An Example

Jurgen Moltman and Elizabeth Moltman-Wendel are two Protestant theologians form Norway who were also married to each other. 

She talks about a two day time in which the two of them attempted to come into a greater agreemenet, and makes the following statement:

". . .“for two days, we walked along the rainy Swabian Alps, debated, despaired of each other and became exasperated with ourselves: I learned that I couldn’t reprogram him to be a feminist.” "

IN commenting on this period, he makes the statement cited below:

My suggestion is that the following may have something to say to us today.
