Narcah Posted February 2, 2019 Posted February 2, 2019 There should be no selective service. If there is selective service, it should also include women. Quote -Jason Youtube.com/narcah
Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted February 2, 2019 Author Moderators Posted February 2, 2019 1) Selective service exists today in the U.S. All male citizens of the U.S. are required to register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday. https://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-the-selective-service-system.htm 2) Under current law in the U.S., no authority exists fo draft anyone into military service. Congress would have to pass a new law for a draft to take place. NOTE: Under current law, the authority exists for men and women who have previously served in the U.S. military and who have been discharged to be recalled back into active military service, under some conditions and without their permission.
