Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted January 31, 2019 Moderators Posted January 31, 2019 Some U.S. veterans are eligible for health care. Some ar e not. Of those eligible for health care, some may be eligible for emergency care that is needed in a situation where the VA could not provide it. This is a very complicated issue which I will not further discuss in this post. The following article discusses emergency health caare to eligible veterans hat the VA may have refused to pay, in violation of the law. I am posting it so that people reading this forum can see if either they or some friend/relative of their may be owed payments for care that has been denied in the past. https://www.moaa.org/Content/Publications-and-Media/News-Articles/2019-News-Articles/VA-Misleads-Veterans-on-Non-VA-Emergency-Care,-Lawsuit-Contends.aspx?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=TMNsend&utm_content=NC+AFHR+1+ERet+L+NC Quote Gregory
