Aliensanctuary Posted June 16, 2019 Posted June 16, 2019 An economic crash should not surprise most of us. We could stockpile food, but may have to defend it with guns or our lives. If the crash occurs during below freezing weather, we may have to burn furniture to keep warm, then head south to warmer weather. A go-bag might be prudent if and when shtf. Can't pack a lot of food, but warm clothes, sleeping bag, tent, tarp, and rain gear, waterproof boots, fire starter including a Fresnel lens, water filter, soap, toothbrush, floss, towel and washcloth, band aids, folding saw, folding shovel, hatchet, long nose pliers, can opener, freeze dried food, knives and silverware, knife sharpener, solar thermos, solar flashlight, Bible, etc. A car might be a reasonable place to shelter.
