This site will give some hints without actually checking your photo: https://lifehacker.com/how-to-tell-if-a-photo-has-been-doctored-1797049627 However, doctored or not, many will believe and see it as some sort of sign. Keep in mind, Satan will pretend to be Jesus and nearly everyone will believe it.
