Harris Funeral Homes, v. EEOC, This is a case where a transgender woman was fired for her refusal to dress as a male. IAAB v. Trump, This case is proceeding forward and involved an alleged Muslim ban. Bostock v. Clayton County, GA. The allegation is that an individual was fired from their job because the individual was gay. Altitude Express v. zarda. The allegation is that an individual was fired from their job because the individual was gay. All of the above are either already in process or have been accepted by the Supreme Court and will be placed on the docket during this Court year.
