Should the church have dress code?

If it did have a dress code, would it apply to the person who has been listening to Doug Batchelor and decides to check out our church some Sabbath?

 My  understanding of  how to  dress  in  church is  to dress modestly and have  clean clothes====

I have  been  members of  several  S.D.A. churches  and  seen different type of  dress  and in the  church I  am  presently attending 

some ladies  wear  dresses===some  wear panties  suits=== some  wear  shirt and skirts   but  they  are  modest -==== 

some men wear dress pants and  dress shirts no tie====some men wear  dress  pants and  dress shirts with tie 

===some  men  have  dress shirt and dress  pants no  tie  but  wear a  dress  coat====some  men  wear  dress pants

dress shirt ==tie and  dress  coat

the main point here  is to  dress  with  nice clothes===clean clothes and  dress  modestly

TV news casters seem to have dress code, they look all dressed up.  Is it to show off their wardrobe or for the respect of their audience?  Mrs. White said we should put a Sabbath dress aside.  Do we come to church for social purpose or to worship the creator who deserves out utmost respect during the service hour.

If they dressed for respect or show off, its not ours to judge, but only God knows for what purpose we wear certain clothes to church or where ever we go!!
