He offered to be a father figure to the members We NEED those who are willing to be fathers to others, too! As we celebrate Fathers' Day tomorrow here (who else also?) Amelia Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Just got back from having a fathers day bbq with my poppy and step mom at my sister and brother in laws. It was a great time. The smallish airport near them was having a fly-in. We could see all the planes taking off and landing from their backyard. Poppy was having a field day as many were various WWII rehabs. He can still remember his silhouette training from his Navy days. Then a set of Jay parents brought their fledgling down to their pond area where they picked little snails to feed it. It was this little ball of grey fluff with a beak and legs.
