Seeing the real enemy coming ...

As long as we are fighting our own,
we won't see the real enemy coming!

I’m not sure why so many of you are sending sad faces. 
A. This is Africa, the Lion has to eat
B. This video is met to alert you that while you are fighting amongst yourselves, a much greater danger is lurking.

People these days are so busy looking for satan and talking of his powers, that there is literally no time or energy left to think about, much less talk about Jesus. Paul had it right when he was describing what constitutes a good church leader/pastor when he stated:

Act 20:29  I know that after I am gone, [false teachers like] ferocious wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock;
Act 20:30  even from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse and distorted things, to draw away the disciples after themselves [as their followers].

I would imagine the devil loves it when we quote 1 pet 5;8 and all the while we miss seeing the real enemy coming in and destroying the truth as it is in Jesus with all manner of inventions and "conservative" doctrinal carrots and "Bible" tidits, in such ways as they somehow, keep missing out on the Real friend we have, because they are so busy professing "the real enemy." The real enemy is from right in amongst us. No need to go looking and scouring for satan or a demon under every doily.

The real emergency is a spiritual one. Jesus is being bypassed for clever "conservative" baloney that leads no one to Christ, and that will just make everything that God's true missionaries have to accomplish, that much harder:

The warnings that worldly conformity has silenced or withheld, must be given under the fiercest opposition from enemies of the faith. And at that time the superficial, conservative class, whose influence has steadily retarded the progress of the work, will renounce the faith, and take their stand with its avowed enemies, toward whom their sympathies have long been tending. The members of the church will individually be tested and proved. They will be placed in circumstances where they will be forced to bear witness for the truth. Many will be called to speak before councils and in courts of justice, perhaps separately and alone. The experience which would have helped them in this emergency they have neglected to obtain, and their souls are burdened with remorse for wasted opportunities and neglected privileges.--Testimonies, vol. 5, p. 463.  

 
Those who continually churn up demerits against the testing truth for these times we are living in, bypass Jesus completely. THAT is the litmus test in identifying the "real enemy:" And thats exactly what we are seeing now.
 
 But far be it from me to boast [in anything or anyone], except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. (Gal 6:14)

There is NO way to talk about "the real enemy", unless we talk more about "the real Christ."  The apostle also warned us of "many anti-Christs." And he was talking about human beings, NOT the devil.

They think of their adversary, they pray about him, they talk about him, and he looms up greater and greater in their imagination. It is true that Satan is a powerful being; but, thank God, we have a mighty Saviour, who cast out the evil one from heaven. Satan is pleased when we magnify his power. Why not talk of Jesus? Why not magnify His power and His love?  {DA 493.1}  

 God has not given His ministers the work of setting the churches right. No sooner is this work done, apparently, than it has to be done over again. Church-members that are thus looked after and laboured for become religious weaklings. If nine-tenths of the effort that has been put forth for those who know the truth had been put forth for those who have never heard the truth, how much greater would have been the advancement made! God has withheld His blessings because His people have not worked in harmony with His directions.  {PUR, January 29, 1903 par. 2}
