Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted August 31, 2020 Moderators Posted August 31, 2020 The Adventist Review has posted an article on SDA work in Europe and for two reasons, I am commenting on it. I consider it to be a brief summarized statement that is informative. I would have wished that the author would have told us that Michael Czechowski who pioneered SDA work in Europe was sent to Europe as a Baptist missionary. He taught SDA doctrines, but, united his converts in independent congregations that were not aware of the existence of the SDA denomination. You may see the SDA Encyclopedia for some of this. The second reason that I reference this Review article is a comment made on the article. In brief, that comment suggests an issue that SDAs should consider as they prepare to vote in the coming November election. Remember, you read it in the Review. If you wish to access this, see: https://www.adventistreview.org/adventists-in-europe NOTE: In my comment above I confused some of what Louis Conradi did with that of Czecho2wski.
